 Welcome to the 2016 Campaign Solicitation 

Getting set for success.

Step 1:  Appoint Campaign Leadership - Our biggest challenge is engaging the right people to lead the campaign. This is why we ask you to appoint the strongest possible individuals for this critical leadership role.

  • Military Installation Project Officer(IPO) / Civilian Agency Employee Campaign Chair (Coordinator) (ECC): Establishes and executes the campaign  for your agency office or military installation.. Installation Project Officers and Employee Campaign Coordinators should be enthusiastic about the CFC, have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and be well respected by management and their co-workers.  

                     Federal Agencies - Submit  the Federal Agencies CFC Agency Information Form by August 1, 2016.   E-mail the completed form to:                                                                    rockymountaincfc@colorado.feb.gov.

                     MIlitary Installations - Command Tasker for appointment of Installation Project Officers should be fulfilled NLT August 31,2016.  Report the names of your                                    installation projecct officers to Campaign Administrator:  BarbaraBarfield@comcast.net.

Step 2:  Appoint Team Leadership Support Personnel:

         Federal Agencies - Submit  the CFC Keyworker Information Form by August 31, 2016.   E-mail the completed form to: rockymountaincfc@colorado.feb.gov.

         Military Installations - Command Tasker for appointment of the following campaign team support personnel:

         Finance Officer: Collect donations weekly from the UPOs, ensures PII compliance, reconciles myPay donors report for installation, processes web-based online contributions, provides            weekly turn-ins to the finance office and Rocky Mountain CFC central receipts clerk (Oct-Dec).   This position is open to all federal employees and military personnel.  

         Unit Project Officer (UPO): These leaders manage their AF Group/Mission Element/Battalion campaign.  They are responsible for overseeing squadron/company and directorate                    keyworkers to solicit personnel, accounts for all pledges and contributions received by keyworkers, and report to the IPO.  All reconciled pledges and contributions are submitted to the                finance officer for validation. (Oct-Jan)  

                     Keyworkers: Educate their peers about the CFC, help with campaign events, and solicit donations.  They should be outgoing individuals with strong communication skills, who are                                enthusiastic about the CFC.  

    Step 3:   2016 Campaign Team Training

Employee Campaign Chairs (ECC) and Installation Project Officer (IPO) Training: Completed.  See the training slides:  ECC or IPO
Key Worker Training:
Northern Front Range Training (Aurora, Denver, Golden, Boulder, Fort Collins, Cheyenne) - Please join us for training if you are a designated Key Worker for your agency CFC efforts.  Choose a location and date that works for you.  Please RSVP to Irma Jones at irmajones53@comcast.net or rockymountaincfc@colorado.feb.gov.
